The topic of stress and anxiety stirred the consciousness of many. Basically, stress is due to certain situations or thoughts that cause anger, frustrations, and anxiousness. Different people can undergo different types of stress levels. On the other hand, the feeling of fear or apprehension is considered anxiety. 

Remember that the source of this malaise will not always be recognized, which is another thing that adds to the distress. There are many anxiety and stress supplements to have control over such situations.

In addition, there are times when other symptoms will go with the disease comprising dizziness, rapid breathing, irregular heart rate, fatigue, diarrhea, irritability, and much more. So, visiting a doctor is a must if you feel more stressed and anxious.
